The hotel says ‘it encourages its employees to be vaccinated, however it isn’t mandatory. Lateral flow test are requested on a regular basis from all employees, twice a week. They still wear masks both in front and back of house’. To protect your fellow guests we request that you take a lateral flow test before leaving home and only travel if the result is negative. Also please wear a face covering whenever appropriate.
The hotel and its facilities can be found here. Our Reception and Lunch will be held in the basement and accessed via the main hotel entrance. There are steps and lifts on either side of Reception down to the Banqueting Suite.
On arrival, leave your coats in the complimentary cloakroom & check in to pick up your coloured cards with your menu choices & table number.
From 11.15 tea, coffee & biscuits together with a glass of Bucks Fizz (one per person) will be served. Other drinks can be ordered from the cash bar. There will be one bottle of red & one bottle of white house wine on each table. Further supplies can be obtained from the cash bar.
At 12:45 we will move into the Victoria Suite for lunch. Seating will be pre-allocated, as we have done in the last few years. If you wish to sit with anyone in particular, please state on your application form and we will do our best to fulfil your requests. Each table seats up to 8 people – please check the seating plan for your table.

Lunch will be a traditional three-course Christmas menu followed by tea & coffee with mince pies. Please indicate your choice of each course on the application form and let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
After lunch, we will have our fantastic raffle with vouchers for the lucky winners. We expect the event to conclude around 4:00 pm.

Note: No tickets will be issued. For confirmation of your booking, please write your email address clearly on your application form. Or enclose an SAE. If you give us your consent, we will email you the table plan (listing all attendees) a couple of days before the event.
