Set in 440 acres of glorious parkland, Heythrop Park provides the perfect country escape. Step inside one of Warner Hotels’ grandest buildings – a stylishly refurbished Grade II listed hotel – and you’ll find a choice of three restaurants (we have booked our meals in one), inviting lounges, two entertainment venues ready for those lively evenings and so much more. You can choose to unwind at their luxurious spa, challenge yourself on their par-72 golf course, take walks in the wonderful grounds, or engage in other pastimes.
We have again managed to secure some rooms at a great rate but we have to book these immediately, as demand is high and space is very limited. We have also chosen a time of year when the daylight is longer and you can enjoy as much of the outdoors as possible. If the weather is as good as last year, it will be amazing!
Accommodation and Prices
Accommodation will be in standard rooms in part of the Manor House (some only accessible via stairs), in deluxe rooms in the modern south wing (accessible by lifts and stairs), or in the new north wing by the spa, so please be careful when completing the booking form to state your preference. Warner’s will do their best to accommodate these requests and we will confirm whether or not your request has been successful as quickly as we can.
Prices are below and include Warner Holiday Protection.

Prices are per person based on two sharing a room. Single occupancy is available in the standard rooms with no supplement for the first two booked single rooms. Further single standard rooms may be available at a supplement of £160.

The price covers half-board – any drinks or additional food must be purchased separately. Holiday protection cover is also included (at half the regular price).
If we do not reach the minimum of 20 people required to obtain these prices, we may be able to still run with a smaller number but the prices will be higher.
Payment
Completed booking form and deposit of £40.000 per person must be received before Monday 16th March 2026.
Final payment will be requested when booking is confirmed, with payment by Tuesday 24th March 2026.
Note: The price quoted on the booking form and in your confirmation email is for the initial deposit only.
