Potential Trip to the Science Museum Innovation Park and Steam Museum of the Great Western Railway.

We are planning visits to the Science Museum Innovation Park and Steam Museum of the Great Western Railway (both near Swindon), in October or November. At this stage we are trying to gauge the level of interest as we have to obtain minimum group sizes. The plan is to visit the Steam Museum at approx.10:30 and then start the visit at the Innovation Centre at 13:30. The sites are a 15-minute drive apart.

The Steam Museum is adjacent to the Swindon Designer Outlet for those accompanying the enthusiasts and would prefer to shop! There is a café in the Steam Museum and eating places in the Outlet Centre.

The visits to each location will be around 90 minutes and will be on a Friday, as that is the only day the Innovation Centre allows group visits.
