This may be of interest as a follow-on from the Warners’ Heythrop Park short break or as a standalone event.
The main event is the Pudding Club dinner at 19:00 but this is preceded by an optional walk (about 5 miles) through the beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds and a saunter through some of the lovely villages, including Upper Slaughter, one of the Thankful villages of England, so named for not losing villagers during the wars. Following the walk we repair to the hotel to change for dinner. The walk commences at 14:00.
The Pudding Club dinners have been running since 1985. The evening’s entertainment starts with a glass of Buck’s Fizz and an introduction by The Pudding Master, followed by a light main course of Chicken, Fish or Vegetarian option. Then there is the Parade of Seven Traditional Puddings, with all its noise and ceremony. The aim is to taste all the puddings and then to vote for your favourite pudding of the night over coffee. The votes are rolled forward to pudding of the month, quarter and then the year. Guests depart with certificates in hand!
We stay overnight, enjoy breakfast in the morning and then depart.
The price includes:

- The Pudding Club dinner with a glass of Buck’s Fizz (or alternative non-alcoholic cocktail)
- Overnight stay in a double, twin or single room
- Breakfast
Extras, such as drinks with the meal and hotel incidental charges, are excluded.

Booking and Cut-off Dates
All bookings must be made and the deposit paid by 13th March. Final payment must be paid by 22nd May.
The price quoted on the booking form and in your confirmation email will be for the deposit. You will be emailed subsequently with a request for final payment.
